Exercise helps us stay strong both physically and mentally; when we get moving it helps our bodies release endorphins (the “feel good” hormones) which make us feel energized and motivated!
Don’t forget about getting enough sleep—at least seven hours per night! Getting adequate rest ensures that you have enough energy throughout the day so that you can tackle whatever comes your way with enthusiasm!

The Spiritual Element

Finally, it’s important not to neglect the spiritual element when striving for balance in your life. Connecting with something greater than ourselves—no matter what form that takes—can help us feel grounded in the midst of uncertain times.

Whether it’s nature walks or prayer or meditating on ancient texts or philosophies, taking time each day to connect spiritually will help you cope with difficult situations without feeling like everything is spinning out of control. This also allows us to accept life’s unknowns without feeling anxious or worried all the time.
