Hypnosis Weight Loss Studies
This study compared the results of 2 groups of weight loss program participants. One group was guided and educated with behavior therapy, and the other group was given the same guidance and education via hypnosis. The follow-ups at 8 months and 2 years both showed that “although both interventions resulted in a significant weight change from the initial to final sessions, only the group that utilized hypnosis continued to lose a significant amount of weight.”

I Feel Better, More Energetic

Small Increments Lead To Big, Changes
Wow! 6 more inches feels great 🙂 This journey still goes on, but it's becoming more about how I feel and that exercise & diet even in small increments is making such a large impact “what the mind thinks, the body follows” This simple statement is so true & such a positive mantra for me. I now base my choices on health & how I feel later. I will continue to investigate new ways of eating & exercising that are lifelong choices.
